Review the previous Exercise

 Let's review the previous one,

The previous exercise as Breath IN 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,..........Upto 10 , Hold the breath for 8 to 10 sec. (Kumbhaka) and release the breath Out.

Next exercise was , Breath In 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, .....................Upto 15,

Hold the breath for 8 to 10 sec. and  release the breath Out.

The next is Breath In 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,................                 Upto 20,

Hold the breath for 5 sec. and release the breath sharply Out.
In this exercise , due to sharply breath out, Sharp exhalations can create tension in the brain and a sensation of heaviness in the head.
This happens because rapid, forceful breathing disrupts the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body, leading to stress responses. Practicing controlled, deep breathing can help regulate this imbalance, calm the nervous system, and alleviate these sensations. Focused breathing techniques promote relaxation and mental clarity, reducing strain on both the body and mind.
